The room at Novum Hotel was clean, comfortable, and was pretty good. The location next to the train station made it easy for us to explore the city.

The breakfast selection could have been more diverse, with a wider variety of options available.

my recent stay in vienna was amazing, especially thanks to the cozy and comfortable novum hotel. the friendly staff made me feel at home, and the newly renovated bathroom in my room was a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect, just steps away from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

Despite a few minor inconveniences such as slow drainage in the bathroom and low pillows, the overall value for money was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location is fantastic, as it is just opposite the main train station in a very convenient place in the city center. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable with no added extras at all, which is exactly what I expected from a hotel like this.
